Munros are the tallest mountains in Scotland, all must fit the criteria of height of over
914 m (3,000 ft). The original list of Munros was first compiled by Sir Hugh Munro in 1891, and has been sporadically updated at various times ever since. There are now officially recognized 282 Munros in total, and in this gallery we show you 30 of the most challenging ones.
