Being accepted to participate at the Olympic Games is a glorious achievement in itself, but winning a medal would certainly earn an athlete a place in the annals of history. Yet aside from critical acclaim, some countries have been known to offer generous cash prizes to their athletes if they come home with a coveted gold medal.

At the Paris Olympics, Biles made history by winning three gold medals and is ready to compete this Monday for two more events: floor exercise and balance beam. After making headlines daily, the question many have is: how much will the United States pay Biles for these medals?
