You're happy to make sacrifices if and when needed, instead of pursuing something that will give you instant gratification.
You have no problem putting in the work and reaping the rewards later. An example includes staying in and doing the work that needs to be done, instead of going out and having fun.
It's not about giving 100% all the time. You need to rest to be able to perform at your best.
So you allow yourself to slack off occasionally, and always like to have "off time" to reset and recharge.
Not in a touchy-feely emotional kind of way. You simply care a lot. You think, and overthink things.
Good things can come out of your reflective nature, especially when it comes to creativity!
Especially when you're great at it. You just do it because you really enjoy it, and take pride in doing it well.
While you (and all of us) need some sort of validation, you don't need a ton of external validation for the work you excel at.
You put in the work every day, bit by bit, adding to your skill and slowly getting better and closer to what you want to achieve.
You keep practicing what you like to do and slowly become better at it. This is how people get really good at doing stuff!
This is normal if you take charge of your life. You don't rely on others to take care of your stuff.
Taking responsibility is a very mature way to face life and one that will help you be more resilient.
