According to the World Health Organization, ambient air pollution is responsible for at least 4.2 million deaths every year. A report from AirVisual measured the Air Quality Index (AQI) in 3000 cities across the world for the year 2018 and the result shows that 22 of the top 30 are cities in India. With a WHO target of 0-10 µg/m³, and a moderate score being anything from 12.1 to 35.4 µg/m³, some of these cities have a pollution ratio that will horrify you.
