China’s latest attraction is a sky-high ladder between two cliffs

China is known for its rich history and culture, but the country is also home to breathtaking landscapes. Away from the metropolitan areas you can find incredible landscapes untouched by mass tourism. Now a new fascination has emerged among travelers, and it's something rather unique.
Tianti, or "Sky Ladder" in English, is the newest addition to the nation's touristic hotspots, measuring 168 meters long (551 feet) and suspended 1,524 meters (5,000 feet) above ground between two cliffs. Located on Mount Qixing in Zhangjiajie Nature Park, in the Hunan province of southwestern China, the area is famous for its rugged terrain and diverse geological formations. Zhangjiajie has gained significant popularity on Chinese social media, with videos offering jaw-dropping POVs of the ladder, amassing tens of thousands of likes and shares.
