One of the biggest reasons people dread family gatherings is because of the line of questioning—which can feel like an interrogation—fired at you from all angles about your personal life, job, or topics that you don’t really want to think about while indulging in holiday spreads. So, to make sure you’re not part of the problem, and to ensure the holiday spirit stays merry and bright, click through this gallery to see how to ask better questions at your family gathering this year.
