Given Amy Winehouse's behavior as an adult, it isn't hard to imagine she got into a bit of trouble in school. Her talents were clear from a young age, and she started attending the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London. You might expect she did something seriously bad, but she got kicked out for a relatively tame offense.

Owen Wilson - Owen Wilson has a cheeky look about him, and he was certainly a bit of a troublemaker in high school. He got expelled from school in Texas when he was caught cheating on a geometry exam. His parents took the situation seriously and sent him off to a military school in New Mexico for the rest of high school. He kept a clean record after that!

Elizabeth Hurley - Elizabeth Hurley studied theater and dance at the London Studio Centre, but was expelled after a few years because of poor grades. It was 1986 and she moved on to another school, where she became a punk!

Courtney Love was a troubled teen and had a difficult upbringing. She moved around a lot and even lived in New Zealand with her mother for a short time. Love was expelled from her school there for repeatedly skipping classes and smoking on school grounds.

Kevin Spacey was a rebellious teen and did not respond well to the rigid environment of the Northridge Military Academy. He was expelled for throwing a tire at another student. He moved to a high school that focused on drama, and actually graduated as co-valedictorian.

Snoop Dogg - Snoop Dogg is one of the few miscreants on this list who was expelled from elementary school. As a child, he attended the Cleveland Elementary School for gifted children. The rapper recalled an incident when he was 10 or 11 years old that led to his expulsion.

According to the singer, she did just about everything a kid can do to get in trouble at school: bad grades, skipping school, fighting, drinking alcohol, smoking, and doing things she shouldn't have been with the boys...

Lewis Hamilton's case is a little different to the others on this list, as he was falsely accused of his crimes! He and six other students were expelled from their school in 2001 for allegedly beating another boy.

The victim was left with two fractured fingers, an injured arm, and many bruises after being dragged into the toilets and beaten by several other boys. Hamilton was expelled, but his parents protested his innocence and it was confirmed that he hadn't taken part in the attack. Hamilton's classmates remember him as being kind and genuine to everyone.

Stephen Fry is an actor, comedian, author, and TV host. He has a reputation for being one of the most intelligent celebrities in the UK. He even hosted the quiz show 'QI,' where he had the chance to show just how knowledgeable he is. The downside to this intelligence is that, as a child, he was a real smart a**.

He was kicked out of two schools, once for leaving without permission. Fry recalled, "I was a terrible teenager. No school could mould me." That being said, he won a scholarship to the prestigious Cambridge University.

Eric Clapton is a legendary guitarist who has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame three times. However, his love for music got him in trouble when he was a teenager. He used to bring his guitar with him to school and play it to himself during lessons. This didn't go down well with his teachers, who expelled him after repeated warnings to put down the guitar!

Guy Ritchie - Guy Ritchie is a British film director who is also known for his eight-year marriage to Madonna. He's highly successful and well-educated now, but he got expelled from his boarding school at the age of 15. Ritchie says he was expelled because of drug use, but his father says it was for cutting class and "entertaining a girl in his room."

He was sent to an elite boarding school called Phillips Academy, which his parents hoped might improve his grades and anti-social behavior.
