The Animal Protection Index scored 50 countries around the world based on their commitments to animal welfare and protection. Led by World Animal Protection, each country was assessed based on a series of indicators, including providing humane education, promoting awareness, and animal welfare standards. The scores range from A to G, with A being the highest and G the lowest.
