Though many believe that wealth through hard work is the key to happiness, it appears that this may not be true. A study done by Magnify Money shows the American cities from the best to the worst work-life balance judging by seven key factors. Things such as high commute time, income inequality, and percent of people getting less than seven hours of sleep detract from the total score. By contrast, a higher percentage of people with great health and high income relative to working hours add to the overall score. The average of all the ranks creates the total score. See where your city ranks on the list!
