Overpronation: what is it, and how can it be managed?
Did you know your steps can impact your health?

When walking or running, you may not think much about how your foot touches the ground. But did you know that the way you walk can actually affect your health? Pronation is the natural side-to-side movement of the foot as you step, and while the foot should roll a little inward with each step, if your foot rolls too far inward, you overpronate and may have flat feet. While overpronation is a common problem, it may lead to pain and an increased strain on the feet and calves.
