Defrost food more quickly - To defrost meat more quickly, place it in a bowl of water and add a few drops of vinegar. The acidity of the vinegar will accelerate the process.

A perfect piece of cake - To get a perfect piece of cake, warm the knife in hot water for a few seconds. The heated metal will slide more easily and the piece will look flawless.

Egg shells -

When you crack an egg and bits of shell fall into the bowl, the easiest way to remove them is to use the remaining shell and simply touch the fallen pieces. This will work like a magnet. Try it!
