As many people now very legally do, some celebrities have enjoyed the occasional puff of a joint or a cannabis-infused dessert. Some have reaped the benefits of marijuana more than others, but it's often the stars with little experience that have the funniest stories of them all.

Billy Crystal -

The actor is claustrophobic, so when he found out he had to do an MRI, he sought some help from cannabis-infused gummies. The guy at the store told him "'two will make you feel good.' So I said, 'I really want to feel fabulous,'" Crystal told Jimmy Fallon on August 11, 2021. He took four!

Thirty minutes into the MRI, Crystal said he got an attack of the munchies and asked the medical crew if they could get him Taco Bell and some "gumbo, or Nutella French toast." After it was over, he joked that he left the building in his gown, "So I came back in, I got dressed, and I went to Taco Bell and had a nacho fry box."

The singer was out with his friends when he was offered a weed-laced lollipop, which he wasn't used to, he told Jimmy Fallon. He enjoyed the night and felt fine, but the next morning he woke up and everything was in slow motion, and he realized it was hitting. He panicked because he had to be up to present at the Young Hollywood Awards.

He heard voices in the shower but was starting to feel better once he was on his way. "Then out of nowhere I get a NARB," he said, explaining that it's a 'no apparent reason other-word-for-erection.' Jonas had to stand in front of cameras with his hands in front of his crotch. He also tried to land an unscripted joke about being shorter than Ansel Elgort onstage, but for some reason struggled to finish the "short" with "er."

During a 2018 visit to 'The Howard Stern Show,' the actress recounted a story at Ellen DeGeneres' 60th birthday party when, she said, "My ride wasn't ready to leave yet, so I smoked a joint with some rappers...and their [ ] is different. So I entered a different universe."

She said she went to the toilet and saw a woman waiting who told her to go first. J-Law went in but then came out, convinced that this poor woman had to poop. She thought she was calmly explaining this to the woman, but it turned out she was shaking her and yelling, "You have to poop!" at her, and security had to pull her away. Then the security guard said, "You can't grab her, but I agree, she got to poop."

At Ellen DeGeneres' birthday party, a famous actor and comedian confessed on her talk show that he had smoked a rapper's marijuana and got extremely high. He hilariously admitted that he even mistook DeGeneres for Justin Bieber during this memorable incident.

In 2019, they co-starred in the movie 'The Beach Bum' and filmed a scene where they shared a joint. McConaughey told Jimmy Kimmel he was very particular about making sure the joints were fake, but after filming the eight-minute scene, Snoop informed him he smoked real weed the whole time.

During her appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live', the actress discussed her experience while shooting a particular scene in 'Woodshock' (2017). This scene required her to smoke weed, but she clarified that it was actually "movie pot, which is basically fake." " After they finished all the necessary takes, however, she said, "I started to feel like I was losing my mind." She was pacing, shaking, feeling hot, and "flipping out," and told the director she needed to go to the hospital.

A producer then examined what she'd smoked and revealed, "Oh, you smoked a full blunt on one of the takes." Apparently the locals who had rolled the joints threw some real ones in "for fun." She continued, "I was crying, laughing, eating a peanut butter sandwich—I couldn't film anymore, they sent me home! ... I've never been that stoned in my entire life … and to not know you're that stoned is such a mind trip, I was like, 'Take me to a mental institute, that's it.'"

"I only smoked weed once in my life, and I got chased by a moose," Anthony Mackie said on 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.' He explained that he was in Utah when an attractive girl offered him a blunt, and he didn't want to say he'd never smoked before so he went at it. "And literally my brain freezes," he said.

He immediately needed to leave and the girl came with him and four others, but on the walk they came across what he called "a baby horse. And I go 'Yo, I'm a gentleman, I'ma go get that horse, and put this lady on that horse, so she don't have to walk." He approached it, and his friends yelled after him, and he looked up and saw a huge moose, mother of the baby moose.

He started running through the forest as the mother moose started chasing him, losing his friends in the process. He then fell asleep curled up under a tree, and in the meantime his friends got the police to go find him. Mackie said they "picked me up like a baby," and returned him to safety. And all after one hit!

During her interview with Jimmy Kimmel, the actress shared an anecdote about struggling with sleep and purchasing marijuana from a nearby store. Although she emphasized not being a regular user, she admitted trying a small amount which yielded significant effects.

I thought I'd ruined my whole life, I was splashing water on my face constantly, it was like a Clearasil commercial. I showed up to the audition, and got just a little less paranoid, and did what I could. I was devastated, and couldn't tell my mom," he said, but he ended up getting the role anyway!

In 2015, during an interview with Seth Meyers, Bill Hader shared some details about the cast's visit to Amsterdam. Hader mentioned that they all indulged in cannabis and got quite high. They collectively agreed on exploring the notorious red light district. Vanessa Bayer, however, had a more intense reaction to the experience. Bayer clung onto Hader tightly, feeling both stoned and overwhelmed. And this is where the story took an unexpected twist...

While appearing on 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' in March 2021, the actor recalled a time when he had a very paranoid high on his day off from filming 'Diner' (1982). He went to see a movie with co-star Daniel Stern in Baltimore, and no one knew where they were, plus there were no cell phones then.

So he's stoned, in a dark theater, already feeling paranoid, when he hears someone say, "Is Kevin Bacon here in the theater? Is there a Kevin Bacon in the theater?" He flipped out. But apparently production needed him back on set and someone had known they were going to see a movie, so they'd searched every theater in Baltimore and found them. Back on set, Bacon, still high, said that luckily the scene only required his presence in the background.

The singer expressed regret on Instagram for consuming pot muffins prior to the 2017 Grammys. She shared a video of herself appearing distracted and glassy-eyed during an interview. She humorously captioned it, "This is what happens when you're accidentally rly stoned at the Grammys. You see something shiny, forget that you're on camera, then forget the question, then remember no one should ever let me be interviewed."

The actor told W magazine about a birthday he spent at Disneyland with his friends in 2012 when they all ate pot brownies. Garfield said he "freaked out" on It's a Small World: "I was like, 'It is! It is a [ ] small world! It's a [ ]—it's a really [ ] small world, guys, is anyone else seeing how small it is?' Amazing. Amazing." He added, "It was one of the best days of my life. It really was."

The singer went on Jimmy Fallon's show and told the host that she'd stopped smoking because of her interview antics, including when she was a guest on his show. "You, without knowing it were kind of the reason for [quitting]," she told Fallon. "Because I've always been very stoned on your shows … Remember the last time I was here, I think I was dressed as, like, a bunny rabbit and then like a cat? There's a reason for that—I was high."

During an appearance on 'Late Night with Seth Meyers,' the actress from 'Disjointed' revealed that she enjoys getting into character by lighting up. "When I read the scripts, I'm stoned," she confessed. She also expressed her amusement, stating, "I just wish I had a seatbelt in bed. I laugh so hard I'm afraid to get up."
