On October 17, 2022, Balthazar restaurant owner Keith McNally shared that he banned Corden following the "funny man's treatment of my staff" which reportedly included incidents such as discovering a hair in his meal, demanding complimentary drinks, and throwing a fit because his wife's omelet wasn't prepared to her liking—all while displaying an ungracious attitude towards the waitstaff.

The footage depicts the woman pursuing Bad Bunny while he was on vacation in the Dominican Republic, positioning herself in front of him in an attempt to capture a selfie. Clearly irritated, the musician swiftly snatched her phone and sent it plunging into a nearby body of water, earning gasps from onlookers.

Following the video's rapid ascent to over a million views, Bad Bunny took to Twitter to share his thoughts. “The person who comes up to me to say hello, to tell me something, or just to meet me, will always receive my attention and respect,” he wrote in a statement translated from Spanish. “Those who come to put a [expletive] phone in my face I will consider it for what it is, a lack of respect, and I will treat it likewise." Fans' opinions were divided in response to his statement. Some argued that he may have crossed a line and should acknowledge both his celebrity status and the fact that he can't simply damage people's property. On the other hand, others believed that the rapper might just need a break, a sentiment he himself has previously acknowledged.

During Miranda Lambert's Las Vegas residency show, the sight of fans taking selfies really got under her skin. While in the midst of her performance of 'Tin Man,' she abruptly halted her band and directly addressed some individuals in the front row, as captured in a fan video. She expressed her frustration, stating, "These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song." "It’s [ ] me off a little bit." She shook her head as some of the crowd cheered. “I don’t like it. At all. We’re here to hear some country music tonight. I’m singing some country damn music," she added, gesturing for them to put their phones down.

While certain individuals in the audience rallied behind Lambert, there were also fans who chose to leave the concert, expressing their sentiments with comments like, "Let's go—you don't do that to fans." Online, the chorus of opinions joined in, with some criticizing Lambert for addressing what they considered standard concert behavior. They argued that since fans had invested their money, they should be granted the liberty to snap some photos and emphasized that it's possible to enjoy the music while capturing a moment with a camera.
