The most famous pansexual celebrities in showbiz
'Let’s Make a Deal' host Wayne Brady comes out as pansexual
©
Getty Images

Knowledge of what pansexuality is only started spreading in the general public over the last few years, though it has been around for ages. GLAAD defines pansexuality as "being attracted to all gender identities, or attracted to people regardless of gender," which might include cisgender men and women, trans folks, genderfluid and non-binary people. It's different from bisexuality, which is defined as being attracted to more than one gender.
'Let’s Make a Deal' host Wayne Brady came out as pansexual in an August 7, 2023, interview with People. "I am pansexual," he declared. "Bisexual—with an open mind!" He went on to explain his journey to understanding his sexuality. "In doing my research, both with myself and just with the world, I couldn't say if I was bisexual, because I had to really see what that was, especially because I really have not gotten a chance to act on anything," the 51-year-old revealed. "So, I came to pansexual because—and I know that I'm completely messing up the dictionary meaning—but to me, pan means being able to be attracted to anyone who identifies as gay, straight, bi, transsexual or non-binary."
He added, "Being able to be attracted across the board. And, I think, at least for me for right now, that is the proper place. I took pan to mean that not only can I be attracted to any of these people or types physically, but I could be attracted to the person that is there."
For many celebrities on this list, they first identified themselves as bisexual before realizing they didn't fit into that box and that pansexuality suited them more. Other stars have described their sexuality as pansexual without ever saying the word, and others wear it loud and proud.
