Cooper's show 'Anderson Live,' which was canceled after two seasons, was notably lacking in Kardashians. He explained that he has no hate towards the famous family, it was simply that they were already everywhere so he didn't have anything new to say to them!

Joan Rivers -

The late Joan Rivers was a veteran comedian and talk-show regular. For years she was a permanent guest host on 'The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson,' which ran on NBC for 30 years. The two comedians had a good working relationship and friendship.

Eventually Rivers got her own talk show on Fox, which competed with 'The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.' Carson claimed that Rivers never personally told him that she had gotten her own show. Rivers denied this, but nonetheless she was never invited back to his show. After his death in 2005, Rivers said that he never forgave her.

Madonna is one of many celebrities to be banned from Piers Morgan's talk shows. The controversial host has a habit of creating feuds, and seems to have burned his bridges with Madonna because he finds her annoying. He's quoted as saying that she's been "an irritant in my life for 20 years," and that she committed a "series of crimes" against him.

Heather Mills - Heather Mills is another celebrity banned from Piers Morgan's shows, again for arguably ridiculous reasons. You may recall that Mills received a US$50 million settlement in her high-profile divorce from Paul McCartney.

Morgan said he felt responsible for the pain and financial loss of his famous friend Paul McCartney because he had introduced him to Heather Mills. He decided a lifetime ban against Mills was the least he could do!

Kelsey Grammer - But wait, there's more! When Kelsey Grammer arrived for his interview on 'Piers Morgan Live,' he noticed that a photo of his ex-wife Camille Grammer was included in the intro, despite promises from Morgan that the subject of his messy divorce wouldn't be mentioned. Morgan refused to remove the photo, and Grammer walked off set refusing to do the interview! Morgan gave him a lifetime ban.

Howie Mandel - Howie Mandel was one of Piers Morgan's co-hosts on 'America's Got Talent.' He must have gotten on his nerves, because Morgan described him as the “most annoying man in the history of planet Earth.” As such, Mandel was added to Morgan's long list of banished celebs.

Piers Morgan - It won't come as much of a surprise that Morgan himself has rubbed a few talk-show hosts the wrong way too! Rosie O’Donnell banned him from 'The Rosie Show' in response to his comments about her friend, Madonna.

Kathy Griffin is a comedian known for her outrageous behavior, willingness to discuss literally any subject, and penchant for taking her clothes off at unexpected moments. Naturally, this has not made her the number one choice for a live talk show.

Vince Vaughn - Actor Vince Vaughn got into hot water with Ellen Degeneres prior to his appearance on her show. He was hoping to promote his new film 'The Dilemma,' but his character made homophobic comments in the trailer and was denounced by several LGBTQ public figures. He wasn't banned from the show, but he was forbidden to talk about the movie.

It's believed that several celebrities have received an unofficial ban from 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' for similar offenses! It's alleged that Caitlyn Jenner, comedian Sherri Shepherd, and gospel singer Kim Burrell are all banned for their comments on same-sex marriage.

Oprah Winfrey and David Letterman -

Despite being two of the most famous talk-show hosts of all time, Oprah Winfrey and David Letterman carried on a feud for almost 25 years. It reportedly began when Letterman played a joke on Winfrey, tricking her into paying for his dinner. Oprah refused to appear on his show and didn't invite him to hers, while Letterman made jokes about her in his sets.

Gary Busey - Gary Busey is a method actor and as such was always known for his eccentric behavior. When he was a guest on the 'The Howard Stern Show,' he spooked the crew by getting in their personal space and at one point tried to pick up the host and chase him! Needless to say, he was never invited back.

Howard Stern is a famous host with the capacity to ban celebrities from his own show, but he's also received a few bans himself! He's a notoriously difficult guest, and in 1995 he appeared on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' accompanied by two scantily-clad women.

While Leno was interviewing the other guests, Stern began sucking on the women's toes while waiting on the couch. Leno was so angry and offended that he ended the show early and walked off stage. This stunt earned Stern a ban from the show.

Jay Leno himself also received a ban due to a feud with fellow talk-show host Conan O'Brien. Their relationship soured after Leno's show stole Conan's primetime spot on NBC. O'Brien later moved to TBS and started his successful show 'Conan.'

Harmony Korine - Harmony Korine is the eccentric writer of recent cult films 'Gummo' and 'Spring Breakers.' It's rumored that his behavior is sometimes as bizarre as his movies. He certainly made this clear during one fateful appearance on David Letterman’s 'The Late Show.'

After his appearance, he was banned from the show, and Letterman would not disclose the reason. Years later he revealed that he had banned Korine because he caught him looking through fellow guest Meryl Streep's handbag backstage! It's believed that Korine had substance abuse issues at the time but has since received treatment.

Sandra Bernhard - Sandra Bernhard was one of the biggest comedians around in the '80s and '90s, loved for her brash humor and painful honesty! This didn't necessarily endear her to talk-show hosts though. She used to be a regular guest of David Letterman's, but he suddenly stopped inviting her back. Bernhard says he thinks she bad-mouthed him to other comedians. She never appeared on any of his shows again.

A 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' interview with Vivica A. Fox went south when Kimmel made a joke about Fox's famous friend, Star Jones. The joke obviously didn't go down well and Fox was cool towards Kimmel for the rest of the conversation. Kimmel said he'd never have her back on the show.

Eccentric comedian Bobcat Goldthwait famously got himself banned from 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno' in 1994. Not your typical guest, Goldthwait decided to set the couch on fire instead of sit on it.

Comedian Artie Lange is well known for his past issues with substance abuse. When he appeared on 'The Tonight Show With Conan O’Brien' in an intoxicated state, his long-time friend O’Brien stated that he couldn't return to the show until he got sober.
