In this new decade, coming out as part of the LGBTQ community is becoming something to celebrate and shout from the rooftops, or from social media at least. Representation is increasingly important, and fortunately the reveal is becoming less like an explosion and more like showing up to a really great party.
More and more, celebrities are gaining the courage to come out—and it does take courage, to be clear, because much of the world still holds immense prejudice towards the community.
