And she forgot his name - Amidst the bondage, it appeared her tongue also became tied, and when it was time to acknowledge her guest, she blanked on his name. "I think you all know who this is," she skirted. "Give it up for him!"

Cohen wasn't fazed - "My take on this is, first of all, why would Britney know my name? She's Britney, b****," he said on his show. "Britney is such an icon, I just feel like I'm not worthy of her knowing my name."

When she mispronounced Tinashe's name - The two had shared a stage multiple times and filmed a music video for their song 'Slumber Party,' but that didn't stop Spears from mispronouncing her name at a 2016 show.

“Give it up for Tanasha!” - Spears's hilarious gaffe spurred fans on Twitter to urge Tinashe to change her name.

When she forgot she was American - Spears got a little too comfortable at her show in London's O2 Arena on August 24, 2018, where she slipped into a version of an English accent that was uncomfortable for everyone else.

Traded twang for tawdry - The fake English accent went viral, and fans seemed confused at whether they should cheer her on when she asked, “Are you guys ready? Do you think you can do this?"

That wasn't the first time she turned English - Spears famously whipped out her English accent in confrontations with paparazzi in Los Angeles in late 2007 and early 2008.

Tread lightly - The accent became deeply associated with her personal turmoil, which preceded a mental health crisis and hospitalization. So understandably its return is a bit unnerving.

When she forgot where she was - While performing in the UK in 2009, Spears confidently asked the crowd, "What's up, London?" Which would've been fine if she wasn't actually in Manchester...

That wasn't the last time either - In Taiwan a few years later, Spears once again forgot where she was, but this time she had a different approach, though it's hard to decide which was better.

She asked her dancer before addressing the crowd - Her mic was on and everyone heard her yell, "Willie! Willie, where are we?"

She did it again! - When she performed at Brighton Pride in August 2018, her first UK performance in a couple years, she turned to a dancer and unabashedly asked, “Where are we?” before turning around and bellowing, “What's up, Brighton Pride?”

One more time! - At her show in Blackpool, England, she asked the crowd, “How you feeling, Birmingham?” To be fair, she corrected herself, and fans tried not to point out the Blackpool Tower next to her.

Wardrobe malfunctions - At a Tampa show in 2009, Spears had a major wardrobe malfunction—one of many—where her leotard ripped and her private parts were exposed.

Oops! - She was lowered under the stage to change and didn't realize her mic was on when she said, “My p**** was hanging out!” consequently making the entire arena erupt in giggles.

More wardrobe malfunctions - Spears has the hardest working dancers on the Vegas strip, and it was never more evident than during her October 2015 show at Planet Hollywood when her sheer bodysuit was unzipped dangerously low in the back.

They were like a pit crew - Except Spears was their high-speed race car that never once slowed down. They traded in and out as the dancing continued, slowly zipping up the bodysuit.

Someone turn off her mic! - At Rock In Rio in 2001, Spears's mic was on while she was backstage, and the whole audience heard her go on a profanity-laden rant.

And quite politically incorrect as well -

"Don't tell me they're just letting the audience f***** stand out there like that," she said, before saying, “This is retarded,” and later, “I thought they were going to f****** vamp!"

Everyone expects lip-syncing at her shows, but... - Sometimes it is too painfully obvious, like at her 2017 show in Tokyo when her mic got severely tangled in her hair and 'I'm a Slave 4 U' kept playing unaffected.

When she didn't even try to pretend - In other cases, her headset came loose or she would call out to the crowd and the sudden shock of hearing her real voice would pull the veil from over your ears.

Food for thought - If she lip-syncs so much, why is her mic always on to air her worst moments? Or does she forget her mic is always on because she's always lip-syncing?

And then that time when she actually sang live - In August 2017, during her Las Vegas residency, the pop star surprised her fans by actually performing a live cover of Bonnie Raitt's 'Something to Talk About'—and it wasn't a flub!

It was actually...really good?! -

In what was thought to be her first live performance of an entire song since at least 2009, she ditched the squeaky pop voice and delivered an uncharacteristically deep and powerful vocal timbre. In that same show, she delivered a monologue about the media and tabloids, something she acknowledged she's rarely done.

And she owned it -

"I'm a Southern girl, I'm from Louisiana. I'm from the South, and I like to keep it real, so I just want to make sure I keep giving you motherf******* something to talk about."

When she got stuck in a tree - In the epic opening for 'Toxic,' Spears is at the top of a huge tree from which she's supposed to fly over the crowd on a harness, only it totally and completely failed.

Fortunately, she's not a cat - No firemen were necessary, only one panicked crew member who detached her harness. She just anticlimactically walked down the tree's stairs as the song played on.

Britney takes a tumble -

During her Vegas residency in 2015, Spears nearly put herself out as she twisted her ankle while dancing and fell to the floor. Her painful grimace will not soon be forgotten.
