'The Eiger Sanction' - David Knowles was a climber, body double, and photographer, who was killed during a rock fall when filming 'The Eiger Sanction.'

'Across the Border' - This was one of the first film-related fatalities. Grace McHugh was filming in a boat, which then capsized. Camera operator Owen Carter jumped to save her, but dragged her on to quicksand. The rest of the crew watched as they were consumed by the quicksand.
