On September 10, 2024, Foo Fighters front man Dave Grohl made a statement on Instagram revealing that he "recently" had a child outside of his marriage. He has been married to Jordyn Blum since 2003 and already shares three daughters with her, but it seems he now has a fourth daughter with another woman. "I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her," he wrote. "I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness." This is a rare public admission from the rock star, who generally keeps his family life out of the press.

Sebastian Lletget -

Soccer player Sebastian Lletget, who is Becky G‘s fiancé, issued a lengthy statement on March 27, 2023, addressing cheating rumors, and apologizing for his actions. In the Instagram post, Lletget, who proposed to the Hot Latin Songs chart-topping star in 2022, explained that a “10 minute lapse in judgement” resulted in an “extortion plot” and a “public social media spectacle filled with more lies than any truth and false posts aimed at the love of my life, the one person who I should never take for granted or put at risk.” He added, "Pushing right up to the very boundaries of lines that should never be crossed only hurts me and the people I love most." The person behind the anonymous account that accused him of cheating claimed they had hooked up in February and shared some of their alleged DMs and audio recordings.

Ned Fulmer -

Popular comedy group The Try Guys, YouTubers famous for being willing to try anything, cut ties with Ned Fulmer, one of the four founding members, who admitted that he had a “consensual” workplace affair. “Ned Fulmer is no longer working with The Try Guys,” the group said in a tweet on September 27, 2022. “As a result of a thorough internal review, we do not see a path forward together. We thank you for your support as we navigate this change.”

Many Twitter users found the situation extra scandalous because Fulmer had created part of his internet personality and fame around his wife, Ariel, who appears in many of their videos. Fulmer tweeted his own confirmation of the rumors of his extramarital affair, writing, "Family should have always been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship. I’m sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused to the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel." He added,  “The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children, and that’s where I’m going to focus my attention.”

Adam Levine -

Following Instagram model Sumner Stroh’s bombshell video alleging that she and Adam Levine had a year-long affair, other women also came forward—including a comedian named Maryka and a woman named Alyson Rosef—sharing flirty DMs from the Maroon 5 front man. Levine himself addressed the fast-spreading allegations in a statement on Instagram on September 20, 2022 writing, "A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life."

Ne-Yo -

Three months after renewing their wedding vows, Ne-Yo's wife Crystal Renay Smith penned a scathing post about her husband on July 30, 2022, alleging that he had been unfaithful to her. "8 years of lies and deception," she writes, "8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous of women who sell their bodies to him unprotected...every last one of them! To say I'm heartbroken and disgusted is an understatement. To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane. The mentality of a narcissist. I will no longer lie to the public or pretend that this is happening it isn't. I choose me, I choose my happiness and health and my respect."

She also pleaded with her fans to "stop sending me videos or information of him cheating because what he does is no longer my concern. I am not a victim. I'm choosing to stand tall with my head held high. If someone can't love you the way you deserve then it's up to you to love yourself."

The pair share three kids, aged six, four, and one at the time of the news. "I gained 3 beautiful children out of this but nothing else but wasted years and heartache," Crystal wrote, later adding, "With no hate in my heart I wish him nothing but the best."

Ne-Yo boldly liked her post and subsequently tweeted on July 31, "For the sake of our children, my family and I will work through our challenges behind closed doors. Personal matters are not meant to be addressed and dissected in public forums. I simply ask that you please respect me and my family's privacy at this time." The pair finalized their divorce in early 2023.

Former One Direction member Liam Payne and his model fiancée Maya Henry split up for the second time in May. They previously called off their engagement in June 2021 only to resume their relationship just over a month later. News of their split comes on the heels of Henry's comment on a fan-posted photo of Payne with another woman. "I love all of the fans so much but please stop sending me these pictures of my fiancé wrapped around another woman," she wrote on May 23. "This is not me and it’s hard enough knowing this has happened without seeing it. Enough now."

Tristan Thompson -

Even after reconciling with Khloé Kardashian following the Jordyn Woods scandal in 2019, NBA star Tristan Thompson was caught cheating again with personal trainer Maralee Nichols on his birthday on March 13, 2021, a few months before he and Khloé split for the last time. Nichols sued Thompson for child support after she became pregnant, but Thompson refused until a paternity test proved he was the father, though he did admit in court docs to having sexual intercourse with Nichols multiple times. It turns out that he is the father, and he wrote on Instagram on January 3, 2022:  "I take full responsibility for my actions." He continued, "Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."

He went on to specifically apologize to his ex. "Khloe, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."

Tristan Thompson -

Not only has Thompson had to admit to having cheated, but reports also surfaced that Thompson threatened his baby mama to drop the suit in exchange for US$75,000, Page Six reports. In a text message reported in a legal filing, Thompson allegedly told Nichols that he was retiring in 2022, “So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who’s unemployed. It’s texas so it will be only a couple hundred dollars. So you better off taking this 75k I’m offering cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed.” Nichols' attorney also argued that Thompson filed his complaint in Texas where he'd "save" money on child support payments, and he also allegedly urged Nichols to get an abortion.

Ye's long-awaited 2021 album 'Donda' caused quite a stir. Amid rumors of his reconciliation with Kim Kardashian, the album dove deeply into their relationship. The song 'Hurricane' has created the most speculation, as Kanye seems to say he had affairs with other women. "Here I go actin' too rich, here I go with a new chick /And I know what the truth is, still playin' after two kids." This seems to suggest he was struggling to settle down and cheated on Kim even after they had their first two kids. The two divorced in 2022.

Alexander Edwards -

Model Amber Rose has gone public with some disastrous claims about her three-year relationship with Alexander Edwards, with whom she shares a child. She spoke out on Instagram saying “I’m tired of getting cheated on and being embarrassed behind the scenes." She accused Edwards of sleeping with at least 12 other women that she knows of, and called them out for knowingly going after a man in a relationship. “As for him," she went on, "The lack of loyalty and the disrespect is ridiculous and I’m done.”

Kevin Hart - On Father's Day, the comedian opened up about the tough conversation he had with his teenage daughter following the scandal. Speaking to guest host Will Smith on 'Red Table Talk,' Hart said, "You know, when me and my wife [Eniko] went through what we went through and the whole cheating display, my talk with Heaven—goddamn," he said. He claimed he ended his "last relationship" because he realized there was no one like Yao. "I was looking for more when it was right here that whole time."
