Nightlife in Guadalajara was rated the highest quality out of every city included in the list, with locals giving it a 92% positive rating. However, the city scored low on affordability so it comes in at number 4.

Budapest scored a high quality rating of 80% in the survey which helps it lock in its spot at number 9. Locals actually couldn't settle on only one venue they preferred for going out.
