We have been burying our dead and performing funerary rituals for millennia. It's just something humans do, so it's hard to imagine not knowing where a loved one is buried. Many famous people, however, do not always have marked graves. And in some cases where they did get a tombstone, it's not quite in the location they are buried.

The 'Oh, Pretty Woman' singer died of a heart attack at the age of 52 and was buried in a Los Angeles cemetery. This was supposed to be a temporary solution, however, so his family never really marked his gravesite with a tombstone.
Orbison's place of burial is the dead-star-studded Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park. Though his grave is unmarked. "It's definitely not intentional. It's not like we don't want people going by there or whatever. It's been put to the back burner for so long," explained his son, Alex.
