Comedian Kathy Griffin took to TikTok in April 2023 to share that she has been struggling with complex PTSD. The actress said it was described as an "extreme case," and hinted that it stemmed from her brutal cancelation in 2017 after she posted a photo of herself holding a Trump mask styled to look like a decapitated head.
