The actors have managed to take care of their son Augustus Morgan on their own. And although they do hire a babysitter from time to time, Morgan and Burton don't have a nanny.
The 'S** and the City' star and her husband, actor Matthew Broderick, have three children together. They too don't have a nanny.

When asked by Ellen DeGeneres if they had a nanny or if it was just Mila and him taking care of their baby, Kutcher replied, "Yeah, it's just the two of us."
"We want to be emotionally in touch with her. And I think the only way to do that is by being the one who's there," added the actor about the couple's first child, daughter Wyatt.
