Judge Judy recalled that Bieber allegedly had his security alert him of her time outside so that he wouldn't cross paths with her. And nobody's going to remember that he was a marginal singer. But they're going to remember a young kid who had a chance to have it all and who is blowing it by acting like a fool." Rick Ross is getting into trouble with his neighbor for the most unexpected of reasons: his buffaloes. The animals reportedly roamed off of his Georgia ranch and onto her property right behind his, and she is worried that the 2,000-lb animals pose a threat to her young children, according to TMZ. She told the outlet that she went to the rapper's place to confront him on the issue but ended up in a verbal dispute with a member of his team. Since the police wouldn't take a report as it was deemed a civil dispute, she reportedly plans on filing a neighbor dispute with the city.
