The announcement was made during a call with Disney investors and also included the news that 'Frozen III' and 'Zoopopia 2' are in the works. Tim Allen has already confirmed that he will return to voice Buzz Lightyear. No information about a potential release date has been shared yet and it's assumed that the movie is still in the early stages of development.
