Celebrities have long been icons of style, as fans pore over what (and who) they're wearing, scrambling to get their latest look. But sometimes those red carpet looks just aren't enough. Many stars have developed a real passion for fashion, if you will, and designed entire collections and labels.

Rihanna is one of those stars, as she's put her music on hold to become the first woman to start an original brand for the world's largest luxury group. Click through to learn more about her journey with Fenty, and discover which celebs have a fashion line of their own.

▲Not satisfied with being an enormous trendsetter in pop culture, the singer launched her Fenty brand in 2017, which began as a very successful and inclusive makeup line, Fenty Beauty. But she wasn't done there.

▲She also launched a clothing collection in collaboration with Puma (which made it to NYFW and Paris Fashion Week) as well as a very popular lingerie line, Savage X Fenty.

▲Now, the Barbadian singer has partnered with the historic LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) fashion house, becoming the first woman to start an original brand for the world's largest luxury group.

▲It's a huge move for the high fashion world, a world in which diversity has long been an issue. Rihanna has also consequently become the first woman of color to have a label under LVMH.

The Paris-based Fenty line will include ready-to-wear clothing, shoes, and accessories. It will reportedly be the first house established by the LVMH since Christian Lacroix in 1987, joining brands like Dior, Givenchy and Fendi.
