Hoia Baciu Forest is located near Cluj-Napoca, a city in the Transylvania region of Romania.

The forest covers a region of approximately 295 hectares (729.0 acres).

The forest was named after a shepherd and a flock of 200 sheep that went missing.

The Hoia forest is also known as the Bermuda Triangle of Romania.
