When Frank Sinatra recorded his first record in 1939, little did he know that he would become "The Voice" of the 20th century. The singer from Hoboken, New Jersey, became one of the best-selling musicians of all time. He even made his way into both television and film!
However, he was soon back on his feet and making a fresh start.
One of Frank's first credited movie appearances came in 'Higher And Higher' (1943), where he sings along with Michele Morgan, Victor Borge, and Barbara Hale.
Frank dines at a restaurant with his first wife, Nancy Barbato, who he married in 1939. The couple had three children before divorcing in 1951.
