After practice on Saturday morning, the Stars boarded a plane and flew to Ottawa for an early Sunday tilt vs the Senators. Ottawa has faced similar difficulties finding consistency this season as the Stars have. Their record of 4-6-3 has them in a familiar position and changes in their lineup are imminent.

The Stars will be focusing on finding consistency and controlling the puck as much as possible. The lines seen in practice Saturday Morning (per Mark Stepneski):

Whitney-Seguin-Chiasson

Benn-Eakin-Nichushkin

Roussel-Fiddler-Peverly

-Garbutt/MacDermid-Horcoff-Cole

Dillon-Robidas

Daley-Gonchar

Goligoski-Benn

This will not be the only shuffle we see today (if we see these lines at all). Lindy Ruff has been one to change lines up mid game several times. This could be a good game to change things up. Yes, Benn and Seguin have chemistry together, but it's not only about the top line, everyone has to perform.

Watch out for:

-Breakouts out of the Stars own zone.

-Special teams

-#NichushkinWatch

-Defense taking control in the defensive zone, both by winning puck battles and playing positionally sound.

-Turnovers

Tune in and enjoy a rare Sunday afternoon game! Football can wait.
